One of the strongest females to perform the deadlift is Chen Wei Ling, who is from Taiwan. She is an Olympian who is renowned for her ability to lift 4 times her own body weight. This allowed her to capture a bronze medal during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. She also set new records for the deadlift and squat during the World Games.
There is also Aneta Florczyk, who successfully earned the title of the World’s Strongest Woman. She was born in Poland and by the age of 18 had already become a powerlifting champion. She is the first athlete from Poland to break through the 500kg powerlifting barrier. She is so strong in fact that she has been listed in the Guinness World Records and was able to lift up a group of men overhead.

Squat

The powerlifting squat is different and far more challenging than the standard squat done in the gym. Although this variation also involves lowering the body by bending the knees while keeping one’s back straight, it must be done while carrying weight and during competitive events the squat must meet certain technique and depth requirements. One of the top female bodybuilders to perform the powerlifting squat is Larysa Solovyova, who did an astounding 530-pound squat.
