How Strong are Female Bodybuilders?

Female bodybuilders are the world’s strongest women. Their incredible physique is largely the result of constant weight lifting, which gives them a level of strength which greatly exceeds normal women and even many men, especially smaller and elderly guys. These ladies are sometimes referred to as being peak human.
What is Peak Human?
Peak human is the term used to describe a male or female who has obtained bodily functions which are at the ultimate level. Put another way, it is the highest level of fitness that a human can obtain, and is one step below super human. Perhaps the most famous male peak human is the legendary martial artist and actor Bruce Lee, who was renowned for his incredible abilities.
Female Bodybuilders and other Peak Humans are capable of performing the following feats:
- Lifting hundreds of kilograms and objects such as tree trunks and even small vehicles
- Breaking metallic objects like bars or doors with their bare hands
- Punching hard enough to seriously or fatally injure humans or animals
Aside from their incredible strength, some FBBs also have speed and fast reflexes. This allows them to run faster than normal humans and even some animals, and some may be so properly trained that they can move faster than regular humans can react.
In addition to strength, speed and reflexes, female bodybuilders are also more durable than normal, untrained ladies. This allows them to withstand impacts that would badly injure a regular person, fall from considerable heights without fracturing bones, and withstand puncture wounds that would seriously compromise most people. And as stated in my other article, female bodybuilders also age at a slower rate than normal women who do not work out.
A Real World Example
There is a famous female professional wrestler (who I won’t name here, as she is not a part of the adult entertainment industry), who was able to lift up a male professional wrestler who weighs around 330 pounds and carry him over her shoulders in a fireman’s carry and walk around while carrying him. She became champion in the world’s largest and most popular pro wrestling organization and those of you who are fans of pro wrestling probably know who I am talking about.
99.9 percent of women could not lift up a 330 pound man and carry him over their shoulders, and I would bet most men couldn’t either. Her demonstration was absolutely incredible, it made my jaws drop. The muscles female bodybuilders have are not for show. If you are fortunate enough to ever meet one you will find out first hand just how powerful they are.
