How Fitness Models Strengthen Their Grip for Better Handjobs

The strength of a woman’s grip is an indicator of her overall health. But aside from this, it also allows her to give better massages and provide greater pleasure to her male partner during handjobs. Below are some common techniques that fitness models and female bodybuilders use to strengthen their hands so they can provide unbelievable pleasure.

The Three Types of Grip Strength

Grip strength comes in three types, which are pinch, support and crush. Pinch is a measure of how hard one can pinch something between their thumb and fingertips, while support measures how long you can hold an object. Crush determines your ability to squeeze something between your fingers and palms. The official device used to measure grip strength is called the dynamometer. You simply squeeze this device with as much strength as possible several times using each hand, and its score will determine your strength relative to others.

Squeeze a Tennis or Soft Ball

At first glance, squeezing a tennis or softball might not appear effective. However, it will exercise both your finger flexors and wrist while enhancing your crush force. It can also function similar to a stress ball, enabling you to alleviate anxiety. Just hold the ball in your left or right hand with the palm facing upward and elbow bent to ninety degrees, and then use your fingers/palm to crush the ball with as much strength as possible. Do this for five seconds, then release, and try not to use your thumb. Do ten sets of five seconds each, and then switch to the other hand.

Reverse Wrist Curl

This exercise requires a barbell or two dumbbells, and is designed to strengthen both the hands and forearm muscles. To do it, sit down on a bench upright, and hold the barbell or dumbbells with your hands and palms turned downward. Lean slightly forward then use your knees to hold your forearms. Now lift the barbell or dumbbell, while bending the wrist backward, then slowly lower back down while curling your wrist. Do two or three sets of ten to fifteen reps.

Wring a Towel

Wringing a towel will strengthen the crush grip while also enhancing the hand muscles used for support. It is recommended to start with a smaller towel then work your way up to a bigger, thicker one. Wet the towel then grasp it by both ends. Hold it in front, and then twist both ends in opposite directions so the water wrings out. Repeat this process five more times.
