But what does it take to actually get a perfectly sculpted derriere? Well, there are two options, and these are butt injections or exercise. What Are Booty Injections?

A booty injection, which is also known as a buttock lift or buttock augmentation, is a surgical procedure that is designed to enhance the size, shape and contour of a woman’s rear end. During the procedure, adipose fatty tissues are extracted from the thighs, flanks or abdomen and then injected into specific areas of the buttocks.

The Risks of Getting Booty Injections

Every surgical procedure comes with the risk of complications, and the potential complications associated with booty injections are considerable. Just a few of these include infection, bleeding, chronic pain, skin loss, and scarring. More serious complications include fat necrosis, where the fat tissue beneath the skin dies and deeper vein thrombosis, which can lead to either pulmonary or cardiac problems.

Aside from the risks listed above, these ladies also revealed that the results from such surgical procedures are not as effective as good old fashioned exercise.

The prevailing attitude among these ladies is that butt injections are a quick and lazy way of trying to get a great looking ass. Instead of going to the gym and putting in the time and effort needed to sculpt their bodies to perfection, too many ladies want to take the easy route and run to a surgeon and drop thousands of dollars in the hope of quickly getting positive results.

But according to fitness models and FBBs, there are no shortcuts in life. The top five exercises they use to sculpt their asses are:
